Light pale yellow, aroma of apples, grapefruit, melon and pears with a hint of tropical fruits. Medium body, complex with good acidity. Very accessible and easy to drink, reflecting the excellence of the desert terroir.
The grapes, from a single vineyard 800 meters above sea level, are handpicked at night. Long cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the freshness and fruitiness.
